Bill Pelke is the co-founder of the Journey of Hope... From Violence to Healing, an organization led by murder victim family members who reject the death penalty. Bill originally supported the death penalty for the teenage girls who murdered his grandmother, but then he had an epiphany that led him to understand that his grandmother would never want that.
